Digital Products: TERMS OF SALE & REFUND POLICY

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through OK YES LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any digital product, course, or bundle from OK YES, you agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Products & Delivery
All OK YES LLC products are delivered in digital format. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased materials via download, email, or online portal.
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide a valid email address and have the technical capability to access digital content.
2. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use or complete the product
Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.
3. Access & License of Use
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content
Copy or reproduce materials for commercial purposes
Upload materials to public or private sharing platforms
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Revoke access to all purchased products
Contest chargebacks with evidence of access and delivery
Deny future purchases
5. Technical Support
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us at help@sayokyes.com . We will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
7. Applicability of Terms
The Terms of Sale & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction, regardless of any subsequent updates or modifications to these terms.
